One of the things people are told when they ask what makes Elkhart County so special, is our ability to see a community challenge and utilize our collective skills and will to solve the problem. Rarely do we wait on others to fix things for us; we decide what collaborations make the most tactical sense and get to work.

Well, here we are and we have a challenge that is impacting our community. Our health care facilities are operating near, at, and often above regular capacity due to the spike in COVID-19 patients. Where the spread is coming from is difficult, at best, to determine but is impacting our health care infrastructure.

Through a virtual meeting the following information will be shared:

• What’s the current information,
• How do business and healthcare work together to educate the community, and
• What are the available resources available to keep our community safer and our economy moving in the right direction.
